Police are trying to trace to the owners of three vehicles that were used by a gang that allegedly hacked Government Savings Bank ATMs and stole Bt12 million.

“We need to check documents like passports that they used in renting these vehicles,” police chief adviser Pol General Panya Mamen said yesterday.

Recordings from security cameras show two suspects, whose pictures have been released to the public.

“We have received tipoffs from people who think they saw these suspects. We are verifying their information,” Panya said.
