Constitution Court endorses constitutionality of FIDF debt burden transfer decree
The Constitutional Court Wednesday ruled that it was constitutional for the government to issue an executive decree to transfer the debt burden of the Financial Institutions Development Fund to the central bank.
Constitution Court judges voted 7:2 to endorse the decree’s constitutionality.
