Thai labourers hurt
Four Thais working in Israel were injured, one critically, by rockets fired from the Gaza Strip late last night, a source at the Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv said yesterday.
The Thais were in Ein Habesor City near the Gaza Strip, about 100km from Tel Aviv. They were sent to a hospital in Be’er Sheva by helicopter. One remained in critical condition, while another was released from hospital.
The embassy was following the situation closely and has sent diplomats to the hospital.
