4 arrested in prison-smuggling plot

Police yesterday nabbed three men and a woman before they were able to throw 15 cell phones, 50 SIM cards and 2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, or "ice", over a fence to Nakhon Si Thammarat Prison inmates.
