Building comes first at refugee shelter
Additional donations of items to the fire-ravaged refugee camp in Mae Hong Son's Khun Yuam district will have to be postponed for the time being, as officials focus first on building shelters for the refugees.
Structures to store donated items are not yet available.
An official at the clinic operated by Myanmar doctor Cynthia Maung has released the information.
The refugee camp in Khun Yuam district has accommodated thousands of refugees. A fire erupted there last Friday killing 36 victims and injuring many others.
