Sudarat won't stand for Pheu Thai in by-election

At a press conference at her house Monday Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan conceded she had been contacted and asked to represent Pheu Thai in the election. But she would rather continue her religious work, she said.

She would join in the Pheu Thai Party’s meetings to select a candidate. This person is likely to be a man who is knowledgeable, has a good heart and has contributed to the country, she said.
