A musical celebration of Thai-Belgian ties
Wim Mertens, a well-known composer, countertenor vocalist, pianist, guitarist and musicologist from Belgium, will perform in Bangkok on October 31 to mark long-standing Thai-Belgian relations.
This year marks the 145th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and the 130th year of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Belgium. Hosted by the Belgian Embassy, the concert will take place at the music hall in Chulalongkorn University’s Art and Culture Building.
