Tuk-tuk driver released by PDRC guards
A tuk-tuk driver who has been captured by security guards of the People's Democratic Reform Committee security has been released, Nation TV reported.
Guards earliers suspected that the driver was the bomber of the Rajdamri attack because the explosion occurred when he parked his tuk-tuk.
