	Kusumalwati said the delegation would inform the IPU that MPs and senators had full authority to amend the charter and the NACC had no authority to probe the case.</div>

Pheu Thai to notify IPU that NACC interfered Thai parliamentary affairs

A Pheu Thai Party candidate will notify the Inter-Parliamentary Union that the National Anti-Corruption Commission had allegedly interfered in the Thai parliamentary affairs by probing 308 senators and former MPs over a charter amendment.
