Filthy beach leaves scores of people with rash

Over 100 beach-goers reportedly crowded Burapa University Hospital and Chon Buri Hospital seeking medical treatments for a skin irritation.
An initial investigation found that the substance and garbage was from a foreign cargo ship.
Ban Saen Municipality brought in workers with heavy machines to collect the substance and garbage.
