Bullets fired at soldiers 'may have come from rally site'
The trajectory of bullets fired at a group of soldiers on Saturday night may have come from a bunker erected to protect demonstrators at the Students and People's Network for Thailand's Reform's (STR) Makkhawan Rangsan Bridge rally site, police said yest
Deputy police commissioner General Watcharapol Prasarnrajkit said an investigation found that 9mm bullets were used in the attack and they may have come from the bunker. He said if police found more strong evidence, they would examine the rally site.
Pheu Thai spokesman Promphong Nopparit called on security agencies to search for weapons at the site.
