Phiraphan admitted to hospital
Caretaker Science and Technology Minister Phiraphan Phalusuk was admitted to Phyathai Nawamin Hospital on Tuesday suffering from vasoconstriction in the brain.
Caretaker premier Yingluck Shinawatra has sent flowers. She cancelled a meeting to discuss energy scheduled for Tuesday afternoon and as of 3.30pm was understood to have returned home.
