Full Moon party postponed to Wednesday
The famous Full Moon party at Haad Rin beach on Koh Pha Ngan for this month will be postponed from Tuesday to Wednesday to avoid alcoholic ban sale on Visakha Bucha Day.
For this month, the full moon day falls on the same day with the Visakha Bucha Day, which is an important religious day for Buddhists and the alcoholic sale is banned by Thai laws.
The organisers of the Full Moon party have decided to postponed the party where foreign tourists normally spend the night drinking and dancing on the beach, by one day.
