Belgian man arrested for rallying at Victory Monument
The Belgian man who was captured by troops at the Victory Monument for holding a T-shirt at the Victory Monument in a protest against coup has been released.
He was released late Thursday night.
He was arrested while holding a T-shirt with the words “Peace Please” printed on it.
