Actor/singer Rattapoom arrested in South Korea after ice bucket challenge
Popular actor/singer Rattapoom "Film" Tokongsup was arrested and fined Bt5,000 by South Korean police after he performed an Ice Bucket challenge on Saturday.
Local residents called police, saying an insane man was shouting abusive words that they did not understand and then poured water on the road.
