Thailand requests extradition of red-shirt activist from Cambodia
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said Sunday that the government has requested Phnom Penh to extradite Ekkapob Luala, better known as Tang Achiwa, back to Thailand to be prosecuted in lese majeste charge.
But Prayut said it would be up to Cambodia’s decision.
