	The bill to permit the use of glow sticks to direct traffic drew the support of 184 NLA members at the same session, with only one opposing and four abstaining.&nbsp;</div>

Traffic law amendments get initial nod

Two minor traffic-law amendment bills yesterday sailed through their first reading at the National Legislative Assembly.
