National police chief rescues street kitten at Lat Phrao
Police Commissioner General Pol Gen Somyos Pumpanmuang came to a rescue of a street kitten at the Lat Phrao Intersection at 7 am Monday.
While observing and directing traffic police operation at the intersection, Somyos spotted a kitten running underneath a car.
He ordered the car to stop and sent a policeman to fetch the kitten and ordered an officer to keep it as his pet.
