Govt may build underground car parks: Prayut
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said Sunday that his government may cooperate with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to build underground car parks so that motorists would not park on bike lanes.
Speaking after his ride to kick off a bike-lane loop around the Ratanakosin Island, Prayut said the existing car parks have become inadequate so he would consult with the BMA governor about the issue.
“So, the people should share the roads instead of getting mad against each other,” Prayut said.
