AirAsia jet turns back in Thailand due to 'irregularity'

BANGKOK (AFP) An AirAsia flight bound for northeast Thailand turned back to the capital Bangkok shortly after takeoff Tuesday when pilots detected an "irregularity" in the storage compartment, airline officials said.
