	He warned that the promised benefits of some advertised treatments were not backed by research. Health Service Support Department director-general Boonruang Triruangworawat said the Medical Council had endorsed stem-cell treatments only for blood-related diseases. He believed the draft law prepared by the Public Health Ministry would sail through the National Legislative Assembly in the near future.<br />
