Mahasarakham governors pleads for help for street dogs
Mahasarakham Governor Chayawut Chanthorn Thursday issue an urgent plea for public support in taking care of 106 street dogs as a temporary animal shelter in Chieng Yuen district.
The dogs were evacuated from Kantharawichai district in January following rabies outbreak. He said the provincial administration would like to ask for donations for the animal feeds.
