Suriyasai calls for referendum on draft charter
Suriyasai Katasila, a political activist and Rangsit University academic, Sunday called on Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to commit a national referendum on the draft charter.
Suriyasai said Prayut had confused the public by saying the final draft would depend on the decision of the junta and the government. This led to concern whether the junta already has its own draft, Suriyasai said.
