NRC panel wants a more concise charter
The National Reform Council (NRC)'s panel on legal and justice reform has proposed that charter provisions be cut from 315 to 100, making the draft concise while maintaining all the major principles, panel chairman Seree Suwanpanont said Monday.
He said the council has resolved that details of the charter such as guidelines and selection procedures would be put in constitutional organic laws of related agencies.
