Opening statement in impeachment case against 248 former MPs on June 26
The National Legislative Assembly has scheduled an opening statement on June 26 for the deliberation in the impeachment case against 248 former MPs, Panthep Klanarongran, chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, said.
The former MPs were accused of breaching the charter by voting in support of an amendment bill that sought to change the compositor of the Senate.
NACC member Wichai Wiwitsewi will represent the NACC in delivering an opening statement.
