Army chief orders Army camps nationwide to sell low-price ready meals
Army chef Gen Udomdej Sitabutr has instructed all major military camps to sell low-price ready-to-eat meals to low-income people near the camps, Deputy Army Spokeswoman Col Sirichan Ngathong said Friday.
She said several camps have already started selling the low-price foods in several menus, including rice topped with stir-fried pork and basil, rice with omelet, and rice with fried pork.
Each dish sells about Bt10 to Bt20, she added.
