Of the nine additional stations, Ayutthaya, Phetchaburi, Maha Sarakham, Ang Thong, Chon Buri’s Pattaya City, Chiang Rai’s Chiang Khong district and Sa Kaew’s Aranyaprathet district will have one each, while Prachuap Khiri Khan will have two (one provincial station and one Hua Hin district station). A provincial bus station requires at least five rais, while a district-level station needs at least three. All must be less than 300 metres from a highway or public road.
