No casualties in Pattani bombs on Friday night
Four bombs exploded in Pattani late on Friday night but did not cause any casualties.
One of the bombs was set off on a motorcycle, Colonel Pramote Prom-in, a spokesman for the Forward Command of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4, said yesterday.
“The motorcycle used was stolen from Pattani’s Nong Chik district earlier,” he said.
He said the authorities were gathering evidence.
Unrest has plagued Thailand’s southernmost region for more than a decade.
