Sek says no Thai casualties in Paris attacks
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Sek Wannamethee said there was no Thais among casualties in attacks in Paris on Friday evening.
So far, there was no travel advisory for Paris issued from Thai embassy in Paris, he told Nation TV. As the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris still opens, Thais can go to Paris if they want depending on their decision, he said.
Thai tourists in Paris can contact the embassy immediately at its hotline number.
According to Sek, there are 40,000 Thais living in France with 1,000 staying in Paris and most are students.
