SOCIAL media reacted to the bombs detonated in the departure hall at Zaventem Airport and Maelbeek subway station in Brussels on Tuesday with hashtags #Brussels and #BrusselsAttacks. People, especially those on Twitter, hooked up to get and share the late

A French cartoonist’s design showing Paris embracing Brussels in the wake of the terror attacks went viral. Jean Plantureux, known as Plantu, posted his artwork on Twitter after the blasts that took place at Brussels’ airport and subway station that day.

Mobile operators in Thailand also announced moves to allow people in Thailand and Belgium to make calls for free in the days after the attack. 
Advanced Info Service, for example, announced that it wanted to extend its condolences to those suffering after the Brussels tragedy and express its most sincere care to AIS customers in Belgium. In cases of emergency, it said people should contact the Thai Embassy in Brussels at +32470859667. 
“Please also be informed that AIS customers can make local calls and international calls to Thailand, free of charge, from March 22-25, 2016 (Belgium time). Customers in Thailand can also make international calls to your loved ones in Belgium through the code 003 without expense until midnight of March 25, 2016 (Thailand time).”
