	As of 6pm, at least 50 police officers had arrived to monitor the protest. Two UN officials also showed up to observe the event.</div>

	Police cordoned off the area with a tape that said: &ldquo;Danger, Please Keep Out.&rdquo;</div>

	A policeman said the activists had not asked for permission to stage the event and that police had not decided whether to detain them.</div>

Resistant Citizen protests against Watana's detention

Anti-junta activist group Resistant Citizen staged a symbolic event for the second consecutive day Wednesday, protesting against Pheu Thai Party leading member Watana Muangsook’s detention at a busy Skywalk adjacent to Chong Nonsi BTS station.
