	Banyin was found with stock broker Uracha Wachirakulton at the resort.</div>

	The Bangkok court issued an arrest warrant against Banyin on Monday. The police press conference on this arrest will be announced at the Crime Suppression Division at 1pm Tuesday.</div>

Former minister Banyin arrested on murder charge

Former deputy commerce minister Banyin Tangpakorn was arrested at a resort in Nakhon Ratchasima's Pak Chong district on Tuesday morning in relation to the death of billionaire Chuwong Sae Tang, an informed source said.
