No Thais injured in Istanbul airport attack
The Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara, Turkey, confirmed Wednesday that no Thai national was affected in the Istanbul Ataturk airport explosions and gunfire that killed at least 32 people and left scores wounded on Tuesday night (local time).
The embassy has posted on its Facebook page that they didn’t find any Thai national affect in the incident although during the time the Turkish Airlines had many flights to various countries in the South East Asia including Thailand. They also urged any Thai national there who faced an emergency due to the incident to contact the embassy at telephone number +90 533 641 5698 around the clock.
