67-year-old man in Chon Buri tears ballot in half
A 67-year-old man was arrested in Chon Buri's Sattahib district after he tore his ballot into two parts out of misunderstanding.
After his arrest, Boondej Jomkaew told police that he thought the ballot was meant to be divided into two parts before they would be dropped into the ballot box.
