Wiralak denies posting naked video

A “WRONGED” woman accused of filming another woman who allegedly had sex with her boyfriend could face a jail term or fine, police have said.

The former model and product presenter Wiralak “Manao” Sutthiprapa, 24, allegedly caught her boyfriend of six months with another woman in a condominium in Bangkok’s Huai Kwang district.
A video clip depicting the incident was leaked on the Internet and spread via social media.
The former model was then summoned by police and could face charges for allegedly posting the clip after the other woman depicted in the video filed a police complaint saying her reputation had been tarnished.
Acting Huai Kwang superintendent Pol Colonel Nakarin Sukhonthawit said he had ordered investigators to summon Wiralak to testify in seven days.
He said Wiralak would be charged for compelling another person by putting her in fear of injury to life, reputation or property, which punishable by up to three years in prison or a Bt6,000 fine. She could also face charges under the Computer Crime Act.
Wiralak found the two in her condominium in the early morning of July 31, and began shooting the video on her phone as she ordered the woman, wrapped only in a blanket, to leave the premises. She then demanded the woman take off the blanket and filmed her naked as she exited to the hallway.
The former model told a Channel 8 programme yesterday that she just wanted the woman to leave her condo and did not know she was naked under the blanket. She added that she shot the video because she was angry.
“I took the clip as a reminder to myself of what [the woman and her boyfriend] did. I had no intention of publishing it. I also didn’t hold a gun to force the woman. It was late so no one was outside. I just wanted her to leave,” she said.
She denied she posted the video on the Internet, although she is heard threatening to do so on the video, and admitted to sending the clip to friends who asked why she had broke up with the boyfriend.
Wiralak said she lost the mobile phone that she used to film the clip in early August at a market but did not file a complaint because she had another phone.
She added that she would let justice run its course and warned others not to follow her example.
