Swiss man wanted on fraud charges arrested in Pattaya
A 67-year-old Swiss man who is wanted on fraud charges in his country has been arrested in Pattaya, the Immigration Bureau announced Sunday.
The bureau told a press conference Sunday that Paul Strubin was arrested at a bar in Pattaya.
It said Strubin has entered the kingdom since October 3 2013. He also overstayed his tourist visa by 960 days.
