Sondhi gets 20-year term for using fake corporate document
The Supreme Court Tuesday sentenced Sondhi Limthongkul, a former media magnate and political activist, to a 20-year jail term for using fake corporate document to solicit a multi-billion-baht loan from Krung Thai Bank back in 1997.
Sonthi and two other former executives of Manager Media Group appealed the lower court’s sentence but the Supreme Court upheld the verdict.
