	The two other victims were a man and his pregnant wife who are living in the southern state of Johor, which borders Singapore where there is an ongoing outbreak of Zika infections.</div>

	The World Health Organisation declared a public health emergency earlier this year. It says evidence of Zika transmission has been found in 69 countries and territories.</div>
