Thailand not prohibit expression of opinions : Sek

The Thai government "does not prohibit the expression of personal opinions on the political situation in Thailand,” said Thai Foreign Ministry’s spokesman Sek Wanamethee on Wednesday.

He was speaking after immigration officials at Suvarnabhumi Airport held Hong Kong activist Joshua Wong who was scheduled to speak at a seminar at Chulalongkorn University on Thursday.
