Prayut orders investigation into cause of giant stingrays’ deaths
Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha said Tuesday that he has instructed government agencies concerned to speed up investigations into the cause of the deaths of many giant stingrays in Mae Klong River.
He said he told all government agencies concerned with the environment and industry to join hands to find the causes urgently.
He said the stingrays need to be preserved as a proof of good ecological system of the river.
