Prawit said the government had the capacity to prevent unauthorised access.
While the Defence Ministry and the Royal Thai |Armed Forces Headquarters had been hacked before, they were |able to regain control of their |computer systems, he said.
Prawit said he was not worried about his emails hacked getting because he did not have any secrets aside from those related to his work in government. He did not have personal emails, he said.

Government Spokesman Lt-General Sansern Kaewkamnerd was reportedly threatened on Monday that his emails would be hacked in retaliation for his work by the |hacker group Anonymous, which has been feuding with the government over the proposed single Internet gateway since late last year.
He rejected the report, saying the account in question did not belong to him and he rarely used email, relying instead on LINE.
