Man to speak to police over canal boat tragedy
Police have summoned a man who successfully leapt off a commuter boat in Bangkok’s Saen Saeb canal before another 50-year-old passenger followed suit but fell and drowned.
The summoned man had promised to meet police Saturday, said Makkasan Police Station deputy superintendent, Lt-Colonel Seubpong Karuna, said Friday.
The latest Bangkok commuter tragedy occurred Thursday morning.
