Culture Ministry issues call for interviews about King's photography tribute
The Culture Ministry has unveiled the "Nine Photos of Loyalty to His Majesty the King Rama IX", which received the most votes from among photos on display in the exhibition "Song Sathit Nai Doungjai Thai Thangchat", "Forever in the hearts of Thai people", held at the National Museum in Bangkok from October 28 until next Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the Culture Ministry will invite 11 people portrayed in the nine photos to be interviewed to share their feelings and experiences during this historic period after His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej's passing as part of a national-archive production.
The ministry is currently selecting photos to display in the second exhibition under the same title, which will be held from December 2 to January 21.
The ministry urges people in the nine photos to contact the Office of Contemporary Art And Culture at 02-422-8828-9, 081-908-9330 and 086-668-4102 to arrange to be interviewed.
