After taking medication and injections, she got well enough to carry out the royal work only after 6pm.&nbsp;<br />
&ldquo;I owe you an apology,&rdquo; the Princess said, as she pressed her palms together &ndash; a gesture of asking for forgiveness.&nbsp;<br />
Speaking to flood-affected people at a power plant in Surat Thani&rsquo;s Phun Phin district on Thursday, the Princess said she decided to not cancel the planned audience because she really wished to meet them and offer moral support.&nbsp;</p>
