True board names two presidents
TRUE CORP’S board Friday appointed deputy chief executive officer Vichaow Rakphongphairoj, 59, and group chief operating officer Adhiruth Thothaveesansuk, 53, as co-presidents, as part of the company’s management restructuring.
The board also appointed former president and CEO Suphachai Chearavanont as chairman of the executive committee, according to its filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The appointments are effective on February 21.
As executive committee chairman, Suphachai will continue to play a key role in delivering the company’s policy and strategies.
