Small political parties queue up for peace talks
This week is the turn of small political parties to attend the government initiated reconciliation talks, coincidentally, via an alphabetical order of their party names.
Several parties are queuing up to attend the reconciliation talk hosted by the Defence Ministry all week.
The Reform Thailand Party, Power of Sportsmen Party and For New Life Party participated in peace talks yesterday.
The ministry will be taking a break from the talks today and will process all the opinions gathered over the past several days. Six other small parties will be joining the peace talks later in the week.
Meanwhile, the opinion-gathering committee for reconciliation said it has yet to get an official confirmation for peace talks from the Pheu Thai Party.
The committee only said yesterday that they had just heard about it from the media, and the party has yet to send in an official confirmation.
