Singha Estate launches luxury condominium
Singha Estate Plc will launch from March 4-5 the Bt4.5 billion The Esse at Singha Complex, a luxury condominium designed for the urban lifestyle with all facilities on site.
Including condos in mixed-use projects is an emerging trend that serves the change in the world in 2030 when work and lifestyle need to coexist, CEO Naris Cheyklin told a press conference.
Developers around the globe are emphasising mixed-use projects. In some countries, mixed-use developments are combined in the master plan of new cities.
According to World Bank statistics, there will be over 50 megacities with populations exceeding 10 million in 2030 and two-thirds of them will live in urban areas.
Each city has its own unique charms like green areas and landscape designs, culture conservation, harmonious living with existing communities and hi-tech smart cities.
The results are convenience, reduction in crime and improving quality of life.
In Thailand in three years there will be a lot of mixed-use developments surfacing in various locations.
According to CBRE, there will be over nine projects worth more than Bt300 billion and this trend will continue.
The projects will combine condos, serviced apartments, office buildings, shopping centres and hotels on a single site to facilitate residents and maximise the value of the projects, Naris said.
Singha Complex is located on an 11-rai site on Asok Montri Road. It will have two main buildings comprising an office, retail shops and a condo.
The Esse is a 39-storey tower situated on two rai of Singha Complex.
It will offer 319 one-bedroom units in two sizes of 34.75 and 47.75 square metres, two-bedroom units with 70.00-77.00m2 and a penthouse with 215.50m2.
They are all fully furnished with specially designed furniture.
The Esse will sell units for prices starting at Bt8.6 million. Construction will commence this quarter for completion in October 2019.
Special privileges for any booking on the launch dates include a discount of Bt200,000-Bt600,000.
