Origin Property announces shareholder dividends
Origin Property Plc's board has approved dividends of Bt2.5 per share to its shareholders after the company announced revenues of Bt3.19 billion and net profits of Bt639.6 million end-year 2016, up 55.7 per cent and 65.5 per cent respectively from 2015.
The company's board also approved an increase of its registered capital from Bt552.18 million to Bt780.19 million through the issuance of 455,809,674.5 new shares at Bt0.50 per share. The company will submit a proposal for shareholders' approval on April 4, the company's chief executive officer Peerapong Jaroon-Ek said.
