Wheelchair elevators open at Skytrain stations
Bangkok Governor Aswin Kwanmuang presided over the opening ceremony for 11 wheelchair accessible elevators at four Skytrain stations in Bangkok City on Friday.
The ceremony was held at Rajadamri Station, where three elevators are located.
Phrom Phong and Thong Lor stations also have three elevators and On Nut Station has two.
It is part of a plan to install a total of 56 elevators at 19 stations by the end of the year.
