Siamraj board approves dividend after 2016 net profit of Bt101.81m
The board of directors of Siamraj, a company that specialises in natural-gas metering and pipeline construction, has approved a dividend of Bt0.06 per share after an interim dividend of Bt0.06 per share was paid in mid-2016. The company reported net profit of Bt101.81 million last year.
The company will propose at its shareholders’ meeting on April 26 that the dividend be paid on May 25.
